It’s time to get ready and Sea’s the day! You have the morning at leisure before we head off to have an afternoon filled with fun. It’s time for the fun to begin! at 14:30 you will be collected from the resort and make your way to Nungwi for the most epic Sunset Cruise, where we will set Sail on a dhow boat in crystal blue waters and cheers into the wonderful African sunset.
Optional activity: Turtle Conservation $20 per person
Enjoy sleeping in a little this morning, yes, no early morning or anything of the sort. A day of pure relaxation! Spend your day lazing by the pool or taking a walk on the beach and getting your island glow.
Optional extra: Kusa/Swahili Caves 14:00 at $30 per person
Get ready and let’s get moving as we get to enjoy a guided tour of a local spice plantation before we head into the heart of Zanzibar, where you get to know a bit of the history and benefits of the common everyday spices we use. After exploring the spice farm, we head off to the heart and most populous town, Stone Town, where we will get a quick history of the town, and get to wander through winding unpaved alleyways, passing by balconies and gigantic wooden carved doors along the way. Enjoy shopping and make sure you get all the curios you’ve had your eye on. Free afternoon once you return to the resort
Optional activity: full-day snorkeling experience with lunch $80 per person: Today you will embark on the Safari Blue snorkeling safari – this is a full-day experience where you will be collected from the resort at 08:00 and taken to the drop-off point where you will hop on to the boats and set sail to a private sandbank (only if the tide is low) for an hour to enjoy a bit of swimming, take some pics and eat some refreshing fruit. You will enjoy snorkeling and amazing seafood on an island.Â
